Description
Concentrated sludge is fully mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in a static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge aggregate into larger flocculent masses and separate free water at the same time. The flocculated sludge is transported to the concentrated gravity dewatering filter belt, and the free water is separated under the action of gravity. Immobile sludge is formed, which is then clamped between the upper and lower belts, and undergoes wedge prepressing zone, low pressing area and high pressing area. Under the light and heavy pressing force and shearing force, the sludge is gradually squeezed, finally to achieve the separation of mud and water, filter cake discharged.
The sludge from different industries needs to use different types of flocculants, and the input amount is generally about 0.05%-0.1%. For different sludge characteristics, we will design targeted solutions and supporting technological processes to meet customer requirements.
Product Features
1) The main machine is made of high-quality national standard square tube. The surface is sprayed with high-pressure sandblasting, descaling, spraying fluorocarbon paint, and resisting acid and alkali corrosion.
2) The key parts include main dewatering roller, fender, water tank, waterproof cover and nozzle.
3) The bearing seat is made of high-quality cast iron parts and fully sealed structure.
4) Squeeze roller, drive roller and guide roller are high-quality seamless steel pipe outsourcing wear-resistant rubber.
5) Use high-quality filter screen with high strength, good water permeability, easy to block, easy to clean and easy to disassemble. Different filter screens are selected according to different physical properties of sludge.

My factory will prepare crusher after receiving the down payment. Normally, after 5-25days preparing time, my factory will finish the machines' preparing, and then test machines for you, and I will send the testing effect to customers. Then after customers are satisfied with the testing effect, then customers will plan to send the down payment to my factory, then we load machines for customers.
