Description
Rotary dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic mineral, clay in cement industrial and coal slime in coal mine,etc. Rotary dryer can be widely used to dry various materials, and it is simple to be operated.

Customized service
The rotary drum of this series dryer is flanged or straight welded. The supporting device of the two supporting wheel is supported by a transmission gear to drive the body to rotate. When the cylinder is installed, it has an angle, and the material contacts with the hot flue gas in the process of turning and moving the rotary cylinder to achieve the purpose of drying. The machine is equipped with a feeding device. There is a scale seal between the discharging device and the cylinder, so that the material does not overflow.
Different Types for Flight Designs for Rotary Dryer
To ensure that the dryer is loaded close to optimal, it is important to know the amount of solids that can be held up in the flights. If they are underfilled, the dryer will be performing inefficiently, below its capacity. Excessive overload of the shell will result in a proportion of the material transported by kiln action,and the contact with the hot gases is limited. The residence time of the solids will be reduced and the quality of the product may be unacceptable.

Working principle
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to thelower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer
