Description
YGM grinding mill is the new type mining equipment for making micro powders, fine powder, which is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics industrial, pharmaceuticals and other industries.

1. Classifier: Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
2. Grinding device:The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
3. Spacer protective measures: Mainframe is under protection, easy to be replaced, maintenance cost is reduced.
4. Spring strengthens grinding force: Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same powder condition. compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
5. Blower: Enhancing fan configuration and frequency conversion speed can be based on features of different materials, fineness, production requirements so as to efficiently adjust the air volum, achieve the best running state and reduce the energy consumption.
6. Pulse dust collector: Dust removal effect reaches the national powder emission standards; According to customers' actual demand, pulse bag filter can also be used, thus achieving rapidly automatic dust removal, and dust removal efficiency is higher.
Application
Our YGM High Pressure Overhang Roll Mill is applicable to process high-level milling of more than 280 kinds of materials. Such as: barite, slag, calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, mica, magnetite, vermiculite, meerschaum, gypsum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore pumice, etc. With the moth`s hardness less than 9.3 and moisture less than 8%. The size of the finished products can be adjusted from 80 to 425.

Customized service
YGM High Pressure Overhang Roll Mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, dust cleaner, powder collector, blower, muffler, hammer crusher (can be replaced by jaw crusher), bucket elevator, sound-proof room, storage hopper, vibrating feeder and so on.
1. Big lump materials are crushed into required size by crusher machine.
2. The out-let materials are elevated to buffering hopper through elevator.
3. After that the materials are fed into the mill to be ground by ring and rollers.
4. The ground powders move up with the air flow to pass the separator and be collected as the finished product.
5. Those powders failed to pass the separator will fall down and be ground again.
6. Air flow passing through separator will go to the air blower for recycling.
Working principle
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the required size, which is lifted up to the hopper.
Secondly, the raw material goes into the grinding chamber through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder at an even rate.
Thirdly, the raw material lifted by the shovel is ground into powder between the ring and roller.
Fourthly, the powder is blown up to the cyclone collector through the classifier, which will be collected through the discharging valve. The unneeded powder, which cannot go through the classifier, will be reground into the needed powder.
