Description
The belt filter press is an efficient dewatering equipment that dehydrates the concentrated sludge after the thickening tank to form a mud cake. It is characterized by automatic control operation, continuous production, stepless speed regulation, and application to various sludges. Principle
The sludge and the input flocculant enter the gravity dewatering zone of the belt filter press after being fully mixed. Relying on the gravity of the sludge to remove a large amount of water, the gravity zone is equipped with a sludge distributing device, which can evenly distribute the sludge on the filter belt, and then enters the wedge-shaped pressing section between the upper and lower mesh belts for pre-compression dehydration, free water and then enters the pressing zone , Forming a mud cake.

Structures
